Bryan Cave’s St. Louis and Atlanta offices were named in the Chambers 2016 High Net Worth (“HNW”) Private Wealth Law list.

Prince: Is His Legacy Really Untold?

34997441Update: According to media sources, a lawyer for Bremer Bank and Trust, the corporate fiduciary appointed to administerPrince’s estate,  said the bank is continuing to search for a will and the judge in the Court, Judge Kevin W. Eidge, stated “We are not finding that there’s no will, but that no will has yet been found.”

Digital Assets Bill Heading to Florida Senate Floor

We previously told you about the Uniform  Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (“UFADAA”) in our post found here.  Now, Florida may become the 10th state to legislate fiduciary access to digital assets.

The Florida Senate Rules Committee unanimously consented to the bill (SB 494) on Wednesday, making it available to be heard on the Senate floor.
